Return Policy

At our small workshop, every piece is handcrafted in limited USA-made batches. Because of the nature of small-batch production, all sales are final for change of mind, fit, or style preferences. We do not accept returns or exchanges in these cases.

We do, however, stand 100 % behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s exactly how it works:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Send your order number + clear photos of the issue to ourtrueast@yahoo.com.

• We will review it within 48 hours (usually faster).

If the item qualifies, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost to you:

• A replacement (if stock allows)

• A repair (if feasible)

Important notes:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition (except for the reported defect).

• Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for any refund or replacement.

This policy lets us keep prices fair and focus on making beautiful, high-quality products while still giving you real peace of mind. We’re a tiny team, so your understanding and support mean everything.
